The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course will give you the professional tools and knowledge to be an advocate and guide for your buyer-clients. Recently updated with new information and research relevant to today’s market, the ABR® Designation Course explores every aspect of residential real estate transactions from a buyer’s perspective. Learn how to attract more buyer-clients and elevate your services to ensure you are meeting all your fiduciary responsibilities when representing buyers.
Students will be provided with a digital manual for the class.

- Conducting a seamless, productive buyer counseling session
- Guiding a buyer-client through the search-showing-selection process
- Negotiating buyer-clients’ offers

Additional Information
- This course is the main requirement for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation.
- Please note there are annual dues that must be paid to earn and maintain this designation.
