The current Code of Ethics cycle, Cycle 7, runs from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024. Any Realtor® who joined before 2022 must complete the Code of Ethics course for renewing or existing members. The only exemption is for NAR Realtor® Emeritus members, who are waived from the requirement starting the year after their approval by the NAR Board of Directors.

If you do not complete the Code of Ethics by December 31, 2024, your membership will be suspended per NAR rules until the requirement is met.

• If you have completed the course but it shows Code of Ethics Completed: No, please email your certificate to Racheal at Racheal@vermontrealtors.com.
• If you took the course with another vendor, you will need to send your certificate to Racheal.
