Important VREC Meetings to Address
Compensation, Agency & More
There are critical potential changes for real estate being discussed at the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR), tasked with periodic reviews of Vermont regulatory laws, including those that govern the Vermont Real Estate Commission (VREC).
After a two-year study of these laws, OPR is making nine recommendations for change. The recommendations will be discussed at upcoming VREC meetings.
We need to make our voices heard to the VREC at their upcoming meetings.

All meetings are scheduled from 9:30am- 1pm. VAR Members are encouraged to join the virtual meetings to provide feedback to the VREC. Access to the sessions can be gained by clicking on the calendar link below.
VAR will be holding a statewide Brokers Meeting on Wednesday, July 14 to discuss these recommendations and create strategy. More details will be sent to managing brokers.
